Deposit and Payment: We accept Cash, money order,
travelers checks, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express). Prepaid reservations of one night's
stay must be received 48 hours prior to your arrival if paying by
credit card; otherwise 2 weeks in advance if by mail. Please

Cancellations and Refunds:
Deposit will be refunded when your cancellation is received
7 days prior to your arrival date. We understand that
things come up and you may reschedule your visit for another time
using your deposit.
Conditions and Guidelines:
2 night minimum on all major holiday weekends. We
are a non-smoking establishment but do offer outside decks for
smokers. No pets are allowed at present. Welcome snack
and drink upon arrival. Continental Breakfast is served to all
